Ordered a few groceries and somehow ended up with two wrong items and one missing. Support did fix it eventually, so I’ll give them that, but this has happened more than once now. At a certain point you start wondering if the system is just glitchy or if there’s some secret grocery roulette going on behind the scenes. Either way, annoying when you just want what you actually ordered.

Paying was easy this time with no hassle at all. It’s a small thing, but when a payment just works, it really makes the whole experience feel less stressful.

I wasn’t expecting anything extra, just a regular delivery, but the chaldal delivery guy showed up on time and was really polite. He handled my items carefully too, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and better-than-expected experience.

I returned the item and made sure to hang onto the receipt and tracking info, just to cover myself. Thankfully, I didn’t end up needing to chase anyone down, the refund came through quickly and the whole process was hassle-free.

It showed up quicker than I expected, which was kinda nice.

I order from chaldal.com regularly, and the main thing I notice is that they show up on time. I don’t pay too much attention to every little detail as long as my groceries arrive when expected. Even when it’s raining, they usually message and still come when they said they would. It just makes grocery shopping feel a lot less stressful for me.

The app and website are both straightforward. I can find what I need quickly, and checking out doesn’t take much effort.

The veggies and fish actually showed up fresh, with no sketchy or spoiled items in the box. it was nice not having to play the usual game of guessing what needs to be tossed right away.

I order from Chaldal often because the prices are usually reasonable, especially for everyday groceries. Some items are actually cheaper than what I find at my local shop :)

That said, not everything is the best deal. A few imported or packaged products can feel a bit overpriced, so I still check and compare before placing an order sometimes!

Overall, it’s good value for me because it saves time and the delivery is super convenient. I’d give it 4 stars, just wish the prices stayed a little more stable

I order from Chaldal often because it’s convenient, and most of the time the fruits, veggies, and fish are fresh enough. But it’s annoying when one or two items are clearly not up to the mark. Like, if I’m paying for fresh stuff, I shouldn’t have to complain after delivery. To be fair, they do refund or replace when I raise the issue, which is good. Overall, it’s still useful for daily shopping, but they really need to check items properly before sending them out

I use Chaldal now and then, the service is mostly fine. Like, I’m completely sure the biggest issue is their customer support speed. They do reply eventually, but when something is missing or there’s a delivery problem, the wait can feel way longer than it should.
One time they did fix my refund, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. But I had to follow up more than once, and I’m 100% convinced it would’ve been a much better experience if they responded faster. Not terrible at all, but definitely not great either.

I’ve been using Chaldal for my regular groceries, i’m pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to find most of the daily items I need. Usually, almost everything is in stock, which makes shopping much less stressful. Sometimes a couple of brands may be unavailable, but it hasn’t really been a big problem for me. Overall, it’s been a good experience, and I’d give it 4 stars.
